In addition to the installation effort, CONTINUUM will help drive the initiative for the term of the contract; allowing the client to focus on leveraging the benefits of the program and running their operations, not managing the deliverables after initial implementation. This ensures that operational effectiveness, engineered standards, performance expectations, facility performance reporting and incentive-based pay programs are properly monitored, maintained and managed during the partnership. Because this is a “Shared Success” program, the typical up-front project investment for an engagement of this scale and scope is significantly reduced and a sharing of Realized Client Savings is carried through the course of the contract; supporting faster return-on-investments, sustainable savings and maximized operational improvement.
The portion of project investment differed to quarterly savings distributions supports CONTINUUM’s on-going program management, on-site engagement and ensures maximum program savings are achieved and sustained for the client during the contract term.
